Pricing

Priced per person, not per promise.

No setup fee, no minimum seat count, and no module you discover you needed in month three. Every tier includes the whole operational core; the tiers differ in governance depth, not in whether the product works. Prices in US dollars.

Per user means per person who works the desk.

It is the question that decides whether a per-seat price is cheap or expensive, so it belongs above the table rather than in a footnote under it.

Four hundred squares representing an organisation, six of them marked as the licensed users who sign in to work the service desk Who you pay for 6 licensed users the people who sign in to work the desk: technicians, the service manager, whoever runs change 394 at no charge everyone else raises and tracks their own requests through the self-service portal A four hundred person organisation with a six person IT team is billed for six.
Licensed usersWho is countedFig. 1

The things buyers ask before they ask the price.

What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to work in the system: your desk, your technicians, your managers. Staff who only raise and track their own requests through the self-service portal are not counted. The figure opposite is what that means for a 400-person organisation.
Annual or monthly?
Either. Annual is 15 percent cheaper and invoiced once. Monthly has no lock-in and no notice period beyond the month you are in.
What does onboarding cost?
Nothing. Migration of your asset register and open tickets from whatever you run today is part of onboarding rather than a line item, because a half-migrated system is worse than the spreadsheet it replaced.
Can we change tier?
Up at any time, effective immediately and charged pro rata. Down at the end of a billing period. Nothing is deleted when you move down; the modules stop being editable, and the records stay.
What happens if we leave?
You get a full export of your data in open formats, and the instance is destroyed on an agreed date rather than retained indefinitely. The exit position is in the agreement rather than discovered during the exit.
Is the isolated instance really in every tier?
Yes. It is the architecture rather than a feature, so there is no tier at which your data sits in a table with another company’s. The Enterprise tier adds the paperwork around it, not the separation itself.

See it with your own data in it.

Forty minutes on your real situation: what you are running now, where work goes missing, and what a migration would involve. The architecture and control summary goes out beforehand, so your security people arrive having read it. If it is not a fit we will say so on the call.
